INFO
low place like home vintage.
ok all jokes aside, this one is fucking unbelievable.
from my personal archives comes a 20+ year old vintage swedish hardcore DIY punk shirt thrashed to death and resurrected with DENTAL FLOSS REPAIR at neckline.
this belongs in a museum.
project hopeless is a diy punk band out of sweden.
but even without knowing that this shirt is objectively insane.
dental floss repairs have been an oft-overlooked staple of the punk adaptation and treatment of clothing.
the skeletized eagle and "crucified freedom" tagline alludes to their anti-authoritarian (more specifically anti-fascist) messaging.
i try and limit myself from making statements like these .
but for this piece, there's no other way to say it.
this is truly a piece you encounter only once in a lifetime.
between the thrashed composition, perfect vintage fade, and of course, the bespoke hand-executed repair detailing, this is a garment which truly possesses an energy to it that cannot be replicated.
expect a lot more shit like this from low place like home in the weeks to come.
