ok, this is a pretty fuckin obscure one.
during the Spring/Summer 2020 season, ERD commemorated the opening of their first Paris flagship location; a Bauhaus-ified redesign of a 19th century bank, featuring a fully brushed steel and black marble redesign of its former vault designed by visionary multihyphenated designer and architect Didier Faustino.
ok that was a run on sentence but fuck off.
two things went very wrong though.
most notably, was the development of COVID, which took place literal weeks before it's opening.
another equally significant world event to take place during this time that's often overlook was that some retard fuck managed to misspell the fucking logo of the brand/store the commemorative opening tee was being made for.
hand distressed, with a clean simplistic graphic, and paper thin.
by all measures, it was a good ERD shirt.
but then they misspelled the fucking logo.
and that made this shit GREAT.
this mistake made it become incredibly limited and only available on ERD webstore.
this makes it extremely rare as when it's only on the webstore, any items produced which don't sell just sit in the archives forever.
